Wow! Karin's place is terrific in all regards: location, aesthetic, amenities and comfort. Our family (7 adults and two very young children) spent a full week at Karin's wonderful Cote d'Azur villa. The villa, complete with a large kitchen, many bathrooms, BEAUTIFUL landschape, SPECTACULAR pool, fine tennis court, comfortable furnishings, is located in the hills of Mougins. The location enabled our family to enjoy many wonderful day-trips, all queickly and easily accessible from the villa. We visited Grasse (parfum tour), Eze, Monte Carlo, Vence, Cannes (day at the beach). At the end of the day we looked forward to return to the villa for a late afternoon in the pool or on the tennis court, followed by a dinner prepared in the kitchen. If You'r looking for a truly wonderful, exceptionally convenient, and unquestionably memorable place to spend tume in the French Riviera, Your search is over. We would return to Karin's place in a heart-beat!

The villa was a perfect place for a great time with friends and family. We really enjoyed the garden, its stunning view on Mougins, BBQ, swimming pool and the tennis court.

Karin was a very hospitable host, as You could ask for. She was always available and answered all questions completely and quickly.
The villa in the beautiful village of Mougins, has been over 40 years family-owned. You can see that in the countless olive trees and many more.
Almost every room leads through beautiful windows and shutters to the huge outdoor area.
Pure idyll!!! I've rarely been able to recover as well as in this peacefull and quiet place.

Our stay in Mougins was fantastic. The backyard is just as scenic as the photos. We lucked out with fantastic weather, so we were able to enjoy some dinners overlooking the hills of Mougins. The tennis court was a perfect end-of-the-day activity for all of us (there were many great racquets available. Karin recommended a fantastic chef who came on our first night and made a memorable meal (we were dealing with some jetlag or it could've gone on for hours longer!) but ask for Khalid's info. He owns a wine shop nearby as well.
As described, the house interior is quite basic, no frills, but it served its purpose for us, and we spent most of our time exploring (Monaco, St.Paul de Vence, Eze, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Grasse, etc.) or sitting in the backyard.
Overall it was a perfect place for us to celebrate a milestone birthday with 2 generations!

We were very happy with our stay. The house is Provincial and beautiful. The outdoor area was more than perfect for a big family. Many different seatings-options and a private tennis court.
15 minutes from the coast.
The estate have secure parking on the spot, and the neigbourhood felt safe.
The property have a beautiful view to the old town of Mougins Village.
The communication with the owner, Karin, was quick and very helpfull

We stayed in the villa for 4 weeks, our family full time and our guests changing. We loved it!!
It was the first time we really used everything in the villa.
First, it has the most beautiful views of the Mougins old town and the surrounding hills. Exceptional!!!
Secondly, it is very private, with a beautiful garden.
Thirdly, it has a wonderful pool.
The lovely BBQ- area and a tennis court.
The house is big, with a lot of bathrooms, so even when we had 2 more families visiting, every family had its own private space.
The kitchen is very big and well equipped.
There is a great seating area just perfect for a evening glass of wine at the sunset.
And last but not least, all communication was superb. Karin gave us a lot of hints on where to go!
